Identification of a novel class of multifunctional drugs for treatment of Alzheimer´s disease
The invention presents a novel multifunctional class of compounds for treatment of Alzheimer´s disease which simultaneously (a) stabilize intracellular calcium homeostasis, (b) improve mitochondrial function and (c) reduce beta-amyloid formation.
