Diacylglycerol kinase alpha as a epigenetic marker for developing fibrosis after radiotherapy
The invention reveals a method, based on metylation analysis of intragenic regions of the gene DGKA, for estimating the risk of developing radiation induced fibrosis and can therefore be used for therapy planning.
