DETECTION OF CANCER MUTATIONS
Mutations in the KRAS-Gen influence the development of cancer diseases. A fast, robust and cheap method for detection of mutations in the KRAS gene has been developed. This procedure allows a simultaneous, highly sensitive detection of every possible variation of mutations of the KRAS gene on codon 12 and 13 aggregated in one single assay. In addition, it delivers highly precise data combined with a high diagnostic expressiveness.
