Use of desacylghrelin against hyperphagia
We introduce a new treatment option against obesity which is caused by hyperphagia (eating disorder). It was found that desacyl-ghrelin was able to reduce food intake in adipositas rats. A subsequent decrease in body weight gain could be observed.
