C-glycosamine analogues
This invention is a process for the simple, cost-effective synthesis of conformationally fixed C-glycosamine analogues on the basis of commercially available glycals. The invention involves two “one-pot reactions” that both have outstanding stereoselectivities and deliver good yields.
