6th Technical Conference on Wind Turbine Rotor Blades at Haus der Technik (Essen, Germany)

This bilingual event (on adequate request) will give conference participants a comprehensive overview of the various aspects of WEC rotor blades, from service life aspects, computational methods and material characteristics through to issues of aerodynamics and optimised automated manufacturing technologies.

Condition monitoring, maintenance and damage repair will also be discussed at the conference.

There are many new presentations on the agenda that will give everybody food for thought and discussion.

As in previous years this event does not only serve as a platform to exchange information about the latest technical developments in the field but also as a venue to meet old and new business contacts.

The conference starts with a keynote of Prof. Sung Kyu Ha, Dept of Mechanical Engineering, South Korea. A technical exhibition will round off the conference programme.
