The redesigned Heraeus Noblelight Internet portal is in seven languages. Copyright Heraeus Noblelight 2011
In March 2011, Heraeus Noblelight, manufacturer of special light sources from UV to IR, introduced a comprehensive relaunch of its internet pages. Many customer suggestions and wishes have been included in the modernisation of the site. Product information and application examples of UV lamps, UV LEDs, arc- and flash lamps as well as infrared technology have been substantially expanded.
The new pages contain comprehensive information on IR and UV special emitters for industry, environmental protection, medicine and cosmetics, research and analytical measuring procedures.
Special tools such as a “lamp finder” and a system to make contacts as quickly as possible using a world map complete the new pages.
The focus of the site redesign was that visitors should quickly feel comfortable and be able to obtain information as easily as possible. By means of short tabs, such as “Products” and “Applications”, visitors can navigate to the pages they are looking for in a few clicks. The pages are now in seven languages, naturally in German and English, but also in Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. At many points it is possible to download relevant data sheets or brochures directly or to request these simply. Photographs and drawings complete the information. In addition, contact with application- and product-specialists can be made quickly and easily.
Heraeus Noblelight GmbH with its headquarters in Hanau and with subsidiaries in the USA, Great Britain, France, China and Australia, is one of the technology and market leaders in the production of specialty light sources. In 2009, Heraeus Noblelight had an annual turnover of 71.6 Million € and employed 707 people worldwide. The organisation develops, manufactures and markets infrared and ultraviolet emitters for applications in industrial manufacture, environmental protection, medicine and cosmetics, research, development and analytical laboratories.Heraeus
