ESMT partners with GreenTec Awards

ESMT European School of Management and Technology is a project partner for the GreenTec Awards 2015. The Berlin-based business school thus joins the ranks of partners from business and science supporting Europe’s largest environmental award.

ESMT faculty member and energy expert Christoph Burger is one of the 60 jury members who will evaluate all entries to the competition. The cooperation between ESMT and the GreenTec Awards encompasses the next three years until 2017.

The GreenTec Awards will be presented on May 29, 2015 for the eighth time. Submissions should be highly innovative projects or products that bridge the gap between sustainability and profitability.

In 2015 projects may be submitted in one of 13 different categories by individuals or teams from Germany or abroad. The application deadline for the GreenTec Awards 2015 is September 1, 2014.

Christoph Burger commented, “ESMT places great emphasis on sustainability and innovation in research and in teaching. The GreenTec Awards honor ideas that connect these two areas, so this partnership is a great fit for both sides. I am especially looking forward to the innovative projects that participants submit.”
