The task of the center

The recycability of products and its materials play a minor role in the development of new materials in contrast to the technical and economical requirements. In future, the approach of sustainability gets more important concerning the material selection, the material- and product-development. The task of the center for sustainable products and processes is the research and assessment of the recycability of new materials, composites and material combinations. On behalf of companies specified problem solutions are worked out, research results are transfered into practice.
