Habilitations up 5% in 2012

The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that the number of habilitations increased by 5% on a year earlier.

Compared with 2002, when the number of habilitations had reached an all-time high, the number of habilitation procedures completed in 2012 was down by a total of 28%.
